TradeX connects Nigerian producers who make snacks, cosmetics, fabrics, leather goods and more. They buy their raw materials from the hub, with their wallet or on credit the hub offers.

What suppliers ask us
Does it cost anything to join?
No. Registering is free and there is no fee to list your products. You are paid your own price for what sells; the hub's margin is added on top for shoppers.
When do I get paid?
As your goods sell, what you are owed adds up on your dashboard. The hub pays you from its account, and each payment shows in your app with its reference. Agree how often with the hub when you start.
What happens to goods that don't sell?
They stay on sale. If they still don't sell, the hub can send them back to you, and you are never charged for them. Your invoice shows how many came back.
Who decides the shelf price?
You set what the hub pays you for each item. The hub sets the price shoppers pay, by adding its margin on top of your price.
What if fewer goods arrive than my invoice says?
The hub counts what arrives and takes in that number. Your invoice then shows what was sent, what was taken in and why, line by line. You are paid only for goods the hub received and sold.
My product's barcode is already in the hub. Can I still supply it?
Yes. Someone already supplies that product, so you supply the same one at your own price. The hub sells the oldest delivery first, and each supplier is paid for their own goods.
What do I need to register?
Your business name, your name, a phone number and an email address you can open, for the 6-digit code. Then add your products and you are ready to send your first invoice.
Can I stop supplying a product?
Yes, any time, from My Products. What the hub already holds keeps selling, and you are still paid for it.
